Nice lunch time offering

Really great here. The food was delicious and really big portions. A beautiful view of the water, almost like a vacation. Not to forget, the staff was super nice. Thank you, we'll be back.

This harbor restaurant has superb location, large covered deck and open space terrace with great view! It was first time I was at Harbor area in Münster and I liked it very much. I would be back for sure. The restaurant is nice, very friendly service and tasty dishes, I tried a day special offer and get a decent size pepper steak with salad and potatoes. ?? pet friendly!!!

Good atmosphere

Food great, service flop. I don't know how often we asked if we could order something to eat, the same when paying. If you want a relaxed evening with good service, you should definitely look for something else.

We were there on a Saturday evening and got a table straight away. The service was very nice and the ordered drinks and food were not long in coming. It was super tasty and I can't understand the bad reviews here. We will be back ?

The location is superb with great view of the hafen. And the good thing stops there. Unfortunately, the service is terrible. They forgot one of our drinks and we followed it up 3x times but still to no avail. They are distracted with other things. And when one of the staff came with drinks they gave us the wrong one. We also asked for extra plate but it never came. We also have to ask to 3 diff wait staff for our bill. When we gave them a feedback, the staff can also say "ah". No apologies whatsoever. As for the food, so-so, with little to no flavour. There are better choices nearby :) will not recommend

Positive: the ambience Cons: The food, I've never eaten such a bad chicken burger (chicken fillet) in my life, the meat was way too dry, and there were french fries that were too long in the freezer. That was my first and also my last time at the PierHouse.

Recommended for drinking cocktails and eating nachos, food is very expensive, doesn't taste good and conditions are very unfriendly. Have waited over half an hour several times for drinks / the bill with no apology. Just annoyed looks

So just been there can not understand how positive reviews can be written here. Rather share the opinions of those where everything went wrong, 4 were there 1 dish was forgotten, when ordering drinks the first time it was quick, with 2 times 3 drinks were ordered for which you ran for each individual drink. If this then took a total of 13 minutes from the first to the last drink. Have been there 4 times now, that was definitely the last time. Food can be given a maximum of 2 stars.

Worst service i have ever experienced. First of all, the water was forgotten and only brought after a long wait when asked. After that one dish was forgotten. After friendly inquiries, it was still no longer brought. After everyone else at the table was ready, the food was brought, but they didn't even apologize.

I cannot recommend this restaurant, in my opinion the good reviews are not fair. The owner seems to want to profit from the black money because he makes tense and outrageous remarks after asking for an invoice. I don't wish anyone bad in this world, but a small tax audit of your restaurant would put a smile on my face.

Not again! We were there on a working day at around 2pm. The restaurant was 40% full. We were not served an incredible 30 (!!) minutes. After that we got up and left. Of course we tried to draw the waitress's attention to us by waving and "Hello" and were deliberately ignored. Either the waitresses do not seem to understand their craft or they run a targeted campaign against your boss. We would have been surprised if we were the only ones. The guests at the side tables felt the same. Anyone who treats or doesn't treat customers like this is not worth a penny or a minute. Fortunately, we were immediately served in the restaurant next door. Thanks, never again!

Can not understand the negative rating in front of me. The shop is packed, but we were quickly assigned a table and other guests in front of the restaurant are served as soon as a table becomes available. The staff is super nice, but a star deduction because the table sticks. Doesn't go to Corona / times when hygiene should be a top priority.

The lunch offer is really unbeatable in terms of price and also of good quality. But the conditions were rather unfriendly on our two visits. It was not asked if you want something else or anything else. If you paid more for dinner in the evening, it wouldn't be worth the money to me. Atmosphere on the canal is very nice.

Everything so far, especially the outside with the view of the harbor very nice. Food and drinks are fine, but definitely nothing special for the price. Everything seems a bit chaotic, especially when there are many guests.

Great location and a nice mixed crowd, but unorganized kitchen staff and at best average food on the menu make it a mediocre visit ...

The food tastes a bit cheap but then again its supposed to mimic American cuisine...

Good spicy food

Great place to eat and enjoy the views of the river and old münster and old harbor. It's nice to enjoy the weather there during the summer. The service is good and so sympathetic. The food is kind of mexican but it's tasty. I enjoyed the time there. The prices are a bit higher but it's normal because of the location.

Dinner for 2..my partner's getting his plate.. When he's finished, mine still didn't arrive.. What a great Saturday night dinner, NOT, never again. Worst service ever! SCHEISSE

Delicious food, friendly service. Unfortunately very loud and busy. You definitely have to book. It was a very nice evening with dear friends and good food. Gladly again.
